I am pleased to introduce you to our firm, Magna Lean Assemblies LLC.  We are a minority owned, LEAN turnkey project “Assemblies” contractor, fully insured, providing services for both commercial and multifamily residential construction projects.  Our projects are managed by certified LEAN project managers and Green professionals (with more than 60 years combined construction experience) that ensure each jobsite runs with our “Zero Waste” protocols, “Just-in-Time” deliveries, and optimum path for productivity.  We accomplish this by utilizing the LEAN industries best practices, BIM technology with emphasizes in collaboration, pull scheduling and Maximum Value (from the client’s perspective) while consuming, under our green waste reduction practices, the fewest resources possible.

For ages, Owners have relied on Architects, Engineers, & Designers to envision and design their structures and facilities.  These designs are based around various standards for “Assemblies”.  For example, a wall partition or flooring “Assembly” (drywall, insulation, underlayment, etc.) is designed by the architect and this assembly is comprised of all the parts that work together to give the building the desired level of performance in Thermal, Moisture Control, Fire Safety, Acoustics, Hybrid Ext Wall Systems and Emerging Technologies, Productivity, Durability, and Maintainability. Historically, contractors will break apart these assemblies and put them back together one by one with multiple trades and with much work, re-work, coordination, and wasted time, effort, and money.
